Who can be a panelist?

Only P&G employees only can participate in NA cPRT Employee Panels. Contractors are NOT eligible.

What is PRT Employee Panel?  

PRT Panel is an online tool that enables employees and R&D teams to engage in product research. R&D centers globally have been using the database for employee panelist recruitment for over 20 years in Cincinnati with great success.

How do I become a panelist?

• Go to the PRT Employee Panel site (panels.pg.com) to register by giving basic information about yourself.
• Email invitations will come into your inbox for upcoming studies you may qualify to participate.
• If you are interested, fill out the screeners.
• If you qualify, you will receive an email with study details.
• If you complete all study requirements, you will be compensated with e-Bonus coupons.

What are e-Bonus coupons?

When you participate in a study, you will be compensated with virtual e-Bonus coupons to purchase P&G products through the P&G Bonus Stores at F&HC, MBC, or WHTC. GO based employees may shop the online Bonus Store or shop one of our physical Stores. E-Bonus coupons are worth $0.50 each. The amount of e-Bonus coupons issued per panel varies by panel.

When will my e-coupons show up?

 E-coupons are added to your online account after the last day the study is completed.  When you participate in a study, the email confirmation includes a start and end date with compensation amount. Compensation will typically come shortly after the end date posted, even if you completed the study well before the end date. 

Will I be taxed more than my current rate?

e-Bonus Store coupons are taxable income and are taxed upon redemption, NOT upon receipt.  How does this work?  Coupon redemption increases your P&G taxable income and is taxed at your personal tax rate. A file is submitted to Payroll at the beginning of each month that reports coupons redeemed for the prior calendar month.  One coupon is equivalent to $0.50. For example, if you spend 50 coupons in February, $25 will be submitted to Payroll as panel taxable and will appear on your paystub during the month of March.  There is no threshold that would change the amount of taxes withheld as described ~$599 below.  I.e., if a person’s individual tax rate is 28%, then it should remain unless the income earned from the panels bumps them into the next tax bracket.

How do I find my e-Bonus coupons balance?

You can log into your account: panels.pg.com and check the REWARDS tab or log into the P&G Bonus Store site BonusStore@pg.com to check your balance and spent.

Do my e-coupons expire?

Yes.  Please be sure to spend your coupons promptly; coupons expire one year after they have been awarded. 

I am having trouble logging on to panels.pg.com

Log-in using your FULL P&G email address (including the @pg.com) and the password established upon registration.  Remember that this password does not sync with your intranet password; please reset your password if you no longer can remember what was originally selected.

Where can I redeem my bonus store coupons?

Visit one of our Employee Bonus Stores at FHCIC, MBC, or WHBC.

• eBonus Store coupons or major credit cards accepted.
