PRIDE Panels is only accepting registrations from P&G employees since panel participation is limited to employees-only. Please do NOT register if you are a temporary agency employee or a contractor.
You are invited to register to participate in future consumer/clinical research studies conducted at Procter & Gamble. Upon completion of this registration form, your name will be entered into the P&G Panelist Database. The information you provide will be used to determine if you might be a suitable candidate for various research studies and to contact you regarding your interest in future studies. If you qualify for one of these studies, you will be notified and asked to evaluate or test a product(s) that may or may not be a P&G product, or you may be asked to participate in a study to test research methods (no products involved). Compensation is provided for your participation. Providing your personal information and participation in any of these studies is purely voluntary.
You are under no obligation to participate in consumer/clinical research studies and may withdraw from the P&G Panelist Database at any time and for any reason. You may refuse to participate or you may withdraw from any study at any time without penalty or prejudice. To remove your name from this database or to modify your selections noted below, please contact the Database Administrator.
By filling out this registration form, you are telling us that you are interested in participating in upcoming research and are willing to be contacted in the future.
For P&G Employees: The Company requires that you complete web-based training before participating as a research volunteer in any Company sponsored product panels. Privacy Guidelines - Our Commitment to You
The P&G Internal Lab Facilities are required to collect personal and health information from individuals who wish to participate in our research studies. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. This document outlines the privacy guidelines followed by the P&G Internal Labs when using or collecting your personal and health information.
Type of data collected and its uses - We only collect personal and health information which is relevant and helpful for carrying out legitimate business objectives. Personal data such as your name, date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity and health history are used to report study results by demographic categories and/or to ensure your eligibility and safety for a particular clinical study. We also collect communication data like your P&G email and phone so that we may contact you.
When you register for the database, you are assigned a unique ID number. Only your initials and an identifying number are used to identify the data that we collect during a study. As a result, the data stored in a study database is anonymous (i.e. your name is not stored). All study documents showing your name are maintained by the P&G Research Facilities in a manner that ensures your privacy consistent with P&G policy.
P&G will not share personal information with third parties unless we have clearly asked for and obtained your explicit consent. On occasion, P&G may use other companies to provide specific business services that require that they temporarily have your personal information. We require these companies to protect this personal information to the same standard P&G does and to not use the information for any other purpose.

Data Access and Integrity - You will be provided with reasonable access to the personal information that you have provided so that you can review and correct it or ask us not to use it. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information to the Procter & Gamble Internal Labs and for updating your information when it changes.
All P&G research staff members who have access to your data to perform their daily job responsibilities are required to keep your data secure and private, complete P&G Privacy Training and Employee Testing Education Program Training, and have access only to data needed to fulfill their specific job responsibilities.
Security - We take the utmost care of personal information given to us. We protect personal information under our control by security practices and measures in order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
